Carley McLaughlin is the lead provider at Pristine Health and has been in the medical field since 2008. Carley began her career as an RN working in various hospital roles until 2017. Carley was accepted to the University of Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner program in 2017 and completed her degree in 2019. Upon graduation, Carley was recognized as "All Around Best Masters of Science in Nursing Student." Since graduating, Carley has provided excellent medical care for Edmond, OK, and the surrounding areas. In her spare time, Carley enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake, and traveling.
Kimberly Allen is a dedicated and experienced family nurse practitioner who has been serving patients since 2001. With over two decades of experience, she has developed a comprehensive skill set in family practice, pediatrics, women’s health, men’s health, and geriatrics. Her passion for providing holistic care to patients across the lifespan is evident in her compassionate approach and commitment to excellence. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Allen is an esteemed educator and leader in the field of nursing. She serves as an assistant professor and the Family Nurse Practitioner Track Coordinator at the University of Oklahoma College of Nursing. In these roles, she is instrumental in shaping the next generation of nurse practitioners, sharing her extensive knowledge and expertise with students. Dr. Allen’s dedication to her patients and students alike highlights her unwavering commitment to advancing the field of nursing and improving healthcare outcomes. Her multifaceted career reflects her passion for both clinical practice and education, making her a respected and influential figure in the nursing community.
Genevieve Lynch has over 20 years of nursing experience and graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She spent many years working in surgical ICU, neurology, post-anesthesia care, and orthopedics. She also spent time in Togo, West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer prioritizing public health. Genevieve graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2019 and has since worked as a family nurse practitioner. She values listening to her patients, prioritizing preventative care, and encouraging healthy lifestyles. Genevieve lives in Edmond with her husband and daughter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family.
Alexis started her work in the medical field in 2014 as a nursing assistant at Integris in the transplant ICU. She then graduated from UCO with her BSN in 2016. As an RN, Alexis has worked in medical rehabilitation and emergency medicine within the Mercy Health system. Alexis graduated as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020 from Maryville University. Alexis worked as an APRN with Valir and found her passion for providing holistic primary care and all it entails. Alexis strives to ensure her patients leave the clinic feeling heard and uplifted. When she’s not at work, Alexis is sure to be found spending time with her husband, son, and 2 German shepherds! Alexis also has a tremendous passion for reading and is often found curled up with a good book.
Ryan started his nursing career in 2009. In 2014, he married his wife and started Nurse Practitioner school through Maryville University, graduating in 2017. He spent time working with a cardiologist and a vascular specialist treating venous related issues in patients. He and his wife have two daughters and he enjoys every minute spent with them. When he is not working, Ryan enjoys being with his family, plinking around on his guitar, woodworking, watching historical documentaries, hunting, and fishing. He has always enjoyed helping people whether it is medical or non-medical related.
Sagely graduated from SWOSU in 2021 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She started her nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse before transitioning into the aesthetic field. Sagely strives to create a safe space for clients to feel comfortable expressing their needs and concerns. In her downtime, Sagely can be found hanging out with her family and trying new hobbies that she will probably forget about in a month. She loves the color pink, all things that sparkle, and laughing every chance she gets. Sagely loves to meet new people and can’t wait until you’re in her chair!
Megan has been a Medical Assistant since 2017 and joined Pristine Health in March 2023. Megan played college basketball and earned the Champion of Character award all while getting a degree in Sports Management. She has the best “shot” in the business! Megan enjoys spending time with her family, baking/cooking, and traveling in her free time.
Allison graduated LPN school in 2020 and worked as a medical assistant prior to that. Allison has always wanted to be a nurse since she can remember; she loves caring for and taking care of people. Some of her favorite things are summertime, the lake, and spending time with her family and friends.
Taylor joined the Pristine Health team in April 2023 as a receptionist/medical assistant. She graduated from UCO with a degree in Early Childhood Education. She enjoys coffee, books, the rainy days, and her dog Gunner.
Amanda is a wife, mother, and artist who thinks most bios are pretty boring and wants to live in a world where laundry folds itself, moms get to wear the superhero costumes they've already earned, and the french fries are unlimited. Amanda has a degree in Liberal Arts from USAO and enjoys spending time with her family of 4 and being creative and silly.
Lauren started with Pristine Health as an intern in the summer of 2023. After graduating from Oklahoma State University with a degree in marketing she joined the team full time in May 2024. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys traveling, cooking, and hanging out with friends
Cody launched his professional career in 2008 after earning his degree from the University of Oklahoma. He gained extensive IT experience through roles at Chesapeake Energy, Tapstone Energy, and Mach Resources. In July 2022, Cody joined Pristine Health and became a full-time team member in November 2023. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, cheering on Oklahoma University football, and relaxing at the lake.
